Many years ago, my birthday fell on a Friday. As our usual routine, we headed to Shady Maple for my free meal. Lucky for me, it was seafood night (which I love). While my husband and I sat enjoying our dinner, a violin player came to our table and played “Happy Birthday” to me on the violin! Who knew Shady Maple smorgasbord could be so romantic?
