For Christmas 2024, I treated my dad to a hotel stay in Ephrata, along with breakfast and dinner at Shady Maple Smorgasbord. It was his first time, and he loved it so much. We probably ate about six plates each, plus dessert. We enjoyed it so much that we’re coming back for his birthday this month!
