I remember going to Shady Maple almost every year when I was young. The HUGE buffet looked even bigger through my child eyes. So much amazing food, and a dessert bar fit for a king! And to top it all off you can get birch beer to drink! We can’t get it where I’m from so that was always a special treat! After dinner we would always browse the huge gift shop! So many good memories!
