My Dad and his ex-fiance got reacquainted through social media and Skype calls when both were widowed and in their late 80s. Since Dad was in the Northern New Jersey area and she was in a Baltimore suburb we decided Shady Maple was the perfect place to take them to meet up in person. And what a joyous occasion it was. Childhood sweethearts from Keyser, West Virginia, reunited after 70 years.
