My favorite Shady Maple memory is when my friend and I were out doing the “”Pursue Your Scoops”” ice cream trail event and randomly decided to stop at Shady Maple for lunch. Much to my surprise, the weekly feature was duck! My absolute favorite! That is all I ate, paired with all my favorite sides. Of course, I have so many memories. I love Midnight Gladness and look forward to it every year. I love the whoopie pie celebration and all the other events you put together; I miss the accordion man. But I especially love taking people for their first visit, giving them a tour, and watching their reactions. Don’t know what I’d do without ya!
