Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie is a Thanksgiving favorite at Shady Maple Bakery. Each pie starts with a rich pumpkin filling and a swirl of sweet cream cheese, then bakes to perfection for a creamy, spiced dessert. At home, you can recreate this treat by combining pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, and spices for the base, adding a cream cheese mixture on top, and baking at 360°F before finishing at 300°F.
