Does Shady Maple ship baked goods?
No. Our baked goods are worth the trip.

Yes. Shady Maple gift cards can be used at the Farm Market, Gift Shop, and Smorgasbord.
Can I take a tour of the building?

Do I need to make a reservation to eat at Shady Maple Smorgasbord?
You do not have to make a reservation. Parties of 15 or more may make a reservation Monday-Friday. Reservations are not accepted for Saturdays.
Does Shady Maple Smorgasbord offer a free meal on a birthday?
Yes, the free meal can only be redeemed on the day of the birthday with ID.
What is included in the price paid at registration?
The final price paid at the register includes sales tax, gratuity, unlimited drinks & desserts.

What does Shady Maple Smorgasbord offer?
Shady Maple offers a discount on the smorgasbord meal for children ages 4-10 (50% off), seniors age 60 and over (10% off), and seniors age 90 and over (50% off). Kids 3 and under are free. On Wednesdays, military personnel receive 25% off with military ID.
Does Shady Maple Smorgasbord offer carry-out?
Shady Maple Smorgasbord does not offer carry-out from the buffet. We have meals to-go available for purchase in the lobby.
Does Shady Maple Smorgasbord have gluten free options?
Yes. Stop by customer service for a list of gluten free options.
Does Shady Maple Smorgasbord have vegetarian/vegan options?
Our cooked vegetables contain butter. Raw vegetables and greens on the salad bar and fresh fruit from desserts are vegan/vegetarian.
Can I find parking for recreational vehicles at Shady Maple?
We do not have parking designated to recreational vehicles. Regular parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I get a tour of the kitchen?

GIFT SHOP
What is your return policy?
No receipt, no return. Most items can be returned within 90 days of purchase with a receipt. Collectibles must be returned with original packaging. No returns or exchanges on seasonal, sale, discounted, clearance items, earrings, bath & body products, or food.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Gift boxes are available by requests for any item valued $10 or more. Extra boxes are $1.
