The Smoked Meat Production associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, teamwork, preparing smoked meat products, operating machinery, packing, and labeling.
Job Functions & Duties:
- Must be Serve Safe certified, as well as pallet jack/high lift certified
- Must be willing to work in a refrigerated environment
- Demonstrate ability to order product, as well as organize and rotate product
- Must know minimal computer skills
- Ability to weigh, add, and measure ingredients for all products made
- Contribute to the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of the department

Physical Requirements:

- Lift and carry 90 lbs
- Be able to bend, twist, carry weight, walk, push and pull
- Be on your feet for hours at a time before getting break
- Be able to wait, possibly hours, before having to eat
