

Rules and Regulations
- Menu selection 30 days in advance; and the final count 7-10 in advance.
- All buffet meals are served to a minimum of (50) guests.
- All platter meals are served to a minimum of (25) Adult guests.
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve date and room; and full payment is due by the end of the banquet or by 8:00 pm.
- Should your group be tax exempt, the proper forms are needed on file before the day of your banquet.
- Banquet rooms are available one hour prior to scheduled function time.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.
- Smoking is not permitted in any Shady Maple facility.
- No food or beverages are permitted to be brought into the banquet facility without permission.
- Music is to be kept at a low volume. Arrangements are to be made prior to your banquet date.
- Audio Visual Equipment is available on a first-reserve basis.
- We reserve the right to inspect and control all functions.
- All food and beverage quotes guaranteed for (90) days prior to the date of function.
- Each banquet party may stay for up to (4) hours.
- Prices and menu items are subject to change.
- No senior discounts.
- Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All Saturday functions requires meal purchase.
- Closed on Sundays.
